DailyGift: Earn Reward

Giving a 3 ⭐️ because I am not earning rewards that I completed in the tasks for my game. I'm on level 101 of best fiends and I haven't gotten the rewards for completing the 4 Lvls I was required to complete (that I did complete). I submitted a ticket with my proof almost a week ago, haven't fixed it or responded. Now the time frame to complete those lvl to earn the rewards has passed. When this is fixed, I'll upgrade my review.

A few weeks ago this would have been a 5-star rating, now if I could leave zero stars, I would. For almost a week every time I play a new game it doesn't register the new game bonus. Isn't an issue if I continue to play the game I get the tickets for he amount of time I play & the levels that I play. But the big bonus, nope! About done with this app! There are better apps out there that pay out better & don't have issues with tracking continually! Don't waste your time on this app!

as long as it's your first time installing the game, your rewards will work. if it doesn't, then email them. i had an issue with one of mine, and i let them know, and they got me my reward. To the creators of this app, please dont change a thing. the rewards are worth it, and its not so stressful with the games you have on because the ads aren't being shown to the max that they can show. most of the apps, the ads are optional rather than forced, and i like that.

This was a great app points were fairly easy to accumulate and it paid quickly. However 2 days ago when I pulled up the app the page where you say whether you drink so much water or read or we're in a good mood was changed and only half the page was there also the page where you exchange your coins and tickets for gems so you can cash them out no longer had any way to exchange them. This makes the game unable to earn anything and no one will play it if there's no way to earn so fix it.

This app is the worst app ever and to be honest if I could give zero stars I would. I have been playing over a year and it is almost impossible to 1) get in touch with this company 🥵 2) points never accumulate) 3) always want you to download new games to get points but never go up. Hopefully someone will see this and contact me because I sure can't get in touch with them

Much improved from the last time I tried it. Still not perfect though. The internet connection error is unnecessary and annoying. Duh! I don't have fast internet! The pedometer doesn't count anywhere near all of my steps and 6,000 steps/day is absurd for us older and less physically abled people. It would take 6 hours to walk that much. Notifications are useless because they're constant. Does have traditional card and mahjong solitaire games which I appreciate.

app is super easy to use. my PayPal transfer came with in 3 min. My only complaint is that if you don't meet the time frame for your game they remove it so you can't collect any time played on it or have a chance to reach the next level. I would suggest that if you don't meet the first time frame for the level they could reduce the ticket amount with extra time so you can keep playing the game.

I purchased a new phone 2 weeks ago, and I was able to get into the app just fine. However, the additional tickets section is gone. I've been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks, and their not understanding. I've sent screenshots of what it looks like, and it's very clear the sections are gone. So they reply quickly but really aren't paying attention to my issues.

When I first downloaded this app it worked super well. Lately it doesn't pay out for half of the task rewards and I have to report most of them. I just lost one because I downloaded a game and did the first task (I had a 12 hour time limit to get it done) and I didn't get my tickets for it and since it's gone I can't screenshot the timer to sent to customer service. It does reliably pay tickets for if you sit and play for certain amounts of time so I still like it overall.

it's an honest game as long as you put the game time in. I've never had an issue waiting for winning payments either. Overall I would recommend it over a slurry of similar type apps. Editing: still a favorite gameplay app. There are a lot of games in different varieties so should be something for everyone. The only thing I could nitpick at is I wish there were more tickets awarded for tasks.
