HeyCash: Surveys for Money

Very dissatisfied with this app. When I first started using it, I almost had the 5000 points to cash out. My account was put on hold for three weeks because they needed to check the quality of my answers. When I was able to take surveys again, I was disqualified from all of them I tried taking (over 20). I played games to get the final points but I get an error message when I try to cash out. Contacted customer support five days ago and haven't heard back yet.

It doesn't always track. I screen out of a lot of surveys but that happens to me a lot due to my age and being retired. My problem is that I have been playing coin party pusher and I hit a milestone and never got credit for it. I tried to contact customer service but all I was offered was chat. I stated my problem and included screenshots and never heard anything back. I just got kicked off of it. No customer service

Don't waste your time. The app will cheat you out of rewards and there is no way to contact anyone to get it fixed. I've been kicked out of a survey at the very end and lost my reward. The game i downloaded only gave me the tiny initial download reward then stopped giving rewards for beating levels. I beat level 50 and should have earned over 10,000 points. I got 60 and it says complete. Again, there is no one to contact to get it fixed. I'll never make it to the $5 minimum to cash out.

The best advice I can give about the app is be patient at first. Just like every other survey app, they have to get to know you better to see what surveys are best suited for you. Both times I have cashed out it was super quick. The cash out options are also very nice. Instead of just one or two options, you have multiple amounts to choose from Excellent customer service also! Highly recommended.

I recently gave it four stars but unfortunately I have to give it one star if it could be less than that I would put that. I had did a few games that didn't credit my account reached out on both the games end support and the app itself support and both parties kept sending me to each other to receive the points that were supposed to be credited to my account. It paid the first few levels then stopped and nothing resolved after spending so long to reach achievements.

I will only give one star until I see $$$. Otherwise in my mind it's a scam or mind game because they want a good review right away, well you're not going to get it from me until you fulfill your what your ad states and thats payment quickly without extra tasks and immediately as well as no Ads which you've already lied about, I was stuck watching some. so $10 bonus was added but I still withdrawal until it reaches $1000. which will take 100 years!!! if you have tons of time, Serious!

the app is easy to use, getting through all the surveys to get to the offers is the only hard part. after that, it's easy peasy. they do Venmo payouts, which I love. they do bank account transfers, but I haven't tried it. They only have 2 offerwalls, but it's okay, I can deal with that. I hope you all enjoy it too.

It does actually give you money, I've gotten maybe 30 dollars in total from it, but the only thing that kind of annoys me is that a lot of the time "best match" isn't even a close match. I don't have a job, I've stated very clearly, and yet it keeps giving me surveys where the qualification is about what my title is or where I work, it shouldn't be the first few on the list, so it makes it hard to find surveys I can actually do. I can at least play the games when I can't do anymore surveys.

Great App, You earn real money by collecting points from surveys. The survey times are listed and accurate. If you answer too fast, you can be screened out. The questions can be really easy, so sometimes that has happened, which is a bummer. Overall, I've extracted some cash to my paypal account, and it's worked 💪 .

This app is a scam and a of waste of time. When I tried to redeem my points for $5 which was enough by the way, it was blocked immediately. I verified with my phone number and waited for verification to be approved. When I attempted to redeem my points yet again it was rejected. I tried emailing customer service at the address that is listed on the app and it came back as spam it did not go through at all. This app just wants to collect your data for surveys/games and not compensate you for it.
