PetDesk - Pet Health Reminders

Really helpful app. However, my biggest complaint is that when you need to put dates in, eg, birth dates or gotcha dates, you have to scroll through the entire calendar to find the date. Super irritating, especially if you have an older pet and have to scroll back many years. This should just be able to be manually input.

Just downloaded and used for the first time, but so far, so good! I'm actually pretty excited that this app exists, because I'm able to now have 24/7 access to their records, appointments, ect. I can add or remove things, as needed, get information to questions I may have, schedule appointments.. very cool, and super helpful!

Really easy to use and the improvements made to scheduling is awesome. The only issue I have is using my points to save $. The app leads you to believe that when you schedule your appointment that the rewards savings will be applied, but this is not the case. You still have to tell the vet staff to add the discount.

Love the app. Helps me keep all my pets' vet needs all in one simple place. My only issue is that I used to have my appointments automatically set on the app whenever I schedule them with the vet in person. But as of lately it hasn't been saving any of my appointments when I schedule with my vet. Not sure why it isn't saving them anymore would definitely change to 5 stars if I can have that issue fixed!

Very convenient for scheduling and canceling. And also reminding you of things you may have forgotten. My only issue is when I recieve notifications of services needed, once I update those services the notification remains and I've not figured out how to remove/ update that. I'm not certain whether that's on the vet clinics end or the app. Either way, it's annoying.

So far so good! This is my first time with a truly functional vet app so I've been impressed haha. The interface for the most part is easy to use, visually appealing, and it's not super spammy. I personally found the lab results section challenging to use and not necessarily intuitive. On the whole tho I recommend! It makes scheduling much easier -- similar to a myChart portal but for pets 🐾

Wish it would allow your choice vet to send and allow you to view health records. I personally find the choice of not being able to make appointments fine since many clinics allow you to do that on their personal webpage or phone call. The app itself is very simple and neat. I can keep all information, such as weight, food preference, allergies, medications and vaccination reminders on my pets own personal profile. It is a great idea, and I look forward to future updates.

After 3 weeks I finally gave up and dismissed my most recent appointment request. If the providers don't respond, this is essentially a place to keep a list of your pets (with a single photo). Since there's no way for owners to add any medical info, or even a description of a pet (other than species & gender), I don't find this very useful. The "notes" section won't scroll, so you can't read more than 2 lines of any notes you add. There are other apps that offer much better record keeping for pets. This is too dependent on the provider's management.

C'mon! 😠 Allow me to see what I'm typing in the password box‼️I wish I could scale the photos of our puppy better. As in to see the outline of the limits (the rectangle for the background, and the circle for the profile) where I am trying to add them. As it is the scaling is done in one place and upon adding you see that you need to scale again. But upon clicking the photo, you can't edit it, and instead the app prompts you to go to your gallery.

Very convenient to have all my pets' info in one place and easy to request appointments through the app. Works well and easy to navigate. Just a heads up-I did have to disable the calendar permission, though, because it was adding my pets appointments to All calendars--even ones I share with other people! Might be a setting somewhere to change that?
