Familo: Find My Phone Locator

As someone who has used this app for 10 years, the fact that I'm being asked to now pay a ridiculous $11.99 A WEEK for the simple GPS location that was once free is ridiculous. Multiple other apps offer this for free and have much lower MONTHLY premiums. I simply want to make sure my family gets to work and home safely, I don't need or want the extra features. Very disappointed with how much this app has changed and I no longer receive location updates as I won't pay for the "premium" features.

A wonderful app, most of the time. I went through an annoying period where Familo would refuse to work if I didn't have my wireless turned on. If I'm working too far from a router it does nothing but drain my battery (and my battery life is already too short). Also, I now get constant notices telling me to turn off battery optimization for my phone. My phone claims that it's turned off. However, this program has literally been a life-saver. This really is a wonderful app. Thank you so much!

One of the best apps the play store. Life360 and the synic one always have issues. This one is simple and seamless to setup. only need your number. One question for the developer though, I saw a premium subscription popup.How do i pull that thing back up again? Update: Email login is now the only method to log in and my phone number account is lost with all my settings. I messaged support and no reply back. Kind of disappointed. Update 2: they fixed it and now I can see all my old settings

This is the only app that works for my lifestyle, and has been working, up until the latest update... I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I keep getting the same "Just updating for the best experience" notification. I can't seem to silence it without silencing my phone entirely, which is NOT an option (emergencies). It's waking me up at night and interrupting/getting me in trouble several times an hour, all day. What happened? Help!

DON'T DO IT! Worst family tracker EVER!! I looked thru many family locator apps and chose this one bc of the # of stars in the reviews and the features it claimed to have. However, it never really worked. It kept saying i needed to do something with the battery optimization even though I've already done it. I emailed the developers and never heard back. I made the mistake of paying for a 3-mo. subscription and wanted to cancel within less than a week but they won't refund my money.

Used to love this app, despite not being able to remove people from groups and various intermittent failures to track anything. Now, with the nonstop notification of absolutely nothing except that the app is updating itself, it's days are numbered. Fix this, devs, or your app is now utter trash, we'll replace with any number of less obtrusive alternatives and not look back.

I wouldn't recommend this app if you want to keep track of anyone, especially your kids. This app is terrible. Whenever there's an update you lose all connect with everyone in your group. What good is it if we can't use it!! And, it notifies you up to an hour later after someone in the group changes location. Not a very good app if you what know where someone is.

Absolutely not what I thought it was and I uninstalled an unsubscribe and I'm still being built I've been built 3 times since August 3rd And can't seem to find a way to stop being built so I personally think this is a rip off. It's one of those that won't let you go they think they can just keep billing and billing and billing. I don't know what else to do I've uninstalled unsubscribed reinstall to try to find something else and they're still billing me

Recently the notification does not work properly. Sometime choose location and whole app crashes. Did try to clear cache but did not resolve. Please check and advise

Well I'm a bit irritated n frustrated, I've been trying to cancel my subscription, haven't been successful. I have emailed the App Familo n they told me how to unsubsidized, instead of them just doing it. Still haven't been able too, unsubscribe from the app, and they still keep taking the money off my account, so frustrated 😤
