Currently, the map is messed up. Its too small to click on, shows you up close and then pans back real wide so you arent even at neighborhood view. Pictures tend to repeat endlessly. Would like basement as an option to choose. Would be nice to have 2 categories of saves. Yep.

The houses are updated very quickly, which is great, but the app freezes constantly! Maps often don't load correctly, and now you can no longer search by county. You have to look up each individual town. This is ridiculous. Such a simple basic feature that all the other apps have. Please allow searching by county again and I'll move my rating back up to a 4.

Has properties with pricing which is nice, but when you request properties with specific filters and ask for updated properties through notifications, it starts sending you everything including what you aren't looking for. Had to shut down those notifications. If you're just searching to look, good app, if looking for an app that provides quality updates, may not be the right one for you. Hope this helps.

The save search and all the other buttons are always in the way. Navigating the app is difficult and the actual buttons you need are always on the other side of the screen. Navigating back and forth between informational screens is always dissicult because the back arrow is too small and in a random corner, not consistently placed. Zillkw for the win.

New listings notifications should show up with the price of the property, I don't care about the details, if the property isn't within the price I want when the notif pops up on my phone, I don't want to have to open the notification and view something. Now that it only ever shows "new listing in XYZ" and the property bio, it's annoying to receive notifications of new listings.

Overall, the app works well. But, it's annoying to get notices for areas that I searched and was just curious about, even when it's not a saved search. There's no method to stop notifications for a specific area. I was curious about North Pole, Alaska, and now I'm always getting new listings even though I never made a saved search there. It's annoying!!!

Update: when clicking on a house it shows you a different property. They started posting bait properties. You call in they say it's been sold but do you want to see another one. App is going in a negative direction. Also lately they been pushing condo's like crazy both in app and email which I never searched for. And search engine dosent work correctly. The app is going down hill fast

I want to give a 5 star but constant differences in actual location vs. given location. Using driving directions from the app is not accurate at times. Overall, this app is superior to other house hunting apps. I would like to see a flood zone filter be added but it might take away from an easy to use simplistic product. The area I used app has several flood zone areas.

App should retain my filter settings and only send notifications based on what I have defined. I use filters to find homes to buy in specific areas. However, when property notifications are sent, they do not retain my filter choices they are sent with filters, all reset. In fact, I am interested in buying and being sent rental properties. Since notifications are sent I would love to see properties that fits my requirements.

There is no ability to control the notifications you receive. It is all or nothing, which sucks if you go through a breakup or someone passes away and you have to see those notifications about an area you no longer are shopping in. Poor user experience. This has been submitted via feedback twice through the app.
