Homes.com Real Estate Search

I like the app when it works. The search features are good overall and I like the level of detail provided, but it crashes when I try to save homes as favorites and I keep having to reinstall in other to log in and access my lists. It would also be nice to be able to search by multiple neighborhood names at a time instead of one at a time or trying to circle them all with the drawing tool.

While Homesnap had its issues, I don't think this app is an upgrade. I do like that you can circle a search area instead of requiring a specific city for a saved search (like Homesnap required). However, I miss the updates on favorites and newest listings that Homesnap showed on its home page. The feature I miss the most is the ability to scroll down in a saved home and see similar homes for sale nearby. This one only shows me similar, SOLD homes nearby. That isn't as useful to me as a buyer.

This app doesn't seem like a replacement or upgrade to Homesnap at all. My pro (or even basic agent focused) information doesn't come up in the app so I'm forced to use the Web version. You can't search for more than one location at a time. Also, you can't schedule tours with ShowingTime directly from the app. I'm hoping these things will be added.

Bummed that this app took over Homesnap and now the property lines are not viewable. That feature on Homesnap was GOLD and I used it often - both while searching and actually visiting homes to see where the property ended as I walked around a yard. Will you be bringing it back? If it's there and I'm completely missing it, please let me know! I hope to be able to update this review with a higher rating if this top Homesnap feature is re-instated.

I'm really liking this app . The only thing I am not liking is that I cannot back out with the back button on my phone. It's a little inconvenient to push home then have to start over when my wife keeps sharing through text. The other apps I can back out of picture and back again to text to click the next listing she sent. It's like it's stuck..

Why do I have to rotate my phone back and forth to get the full view of the picture? Portrait cuts off the sides and landscape cuts off the top/bottom. Please turn off the "fill screen" option for photos. We don't need a constant view of the # of ## for pictures, so that banner should go away so we can see the entire photo. Adding an option to select "no pool", types of fireplaces (wood/gas/pellet/electric), & types of financing (cash only, Veteran, USDA, FHA, etc.) would be phenomenal.

EDITED 3/21/23: Now it doesn't work at all. I open it to a blank white screen. That's it. Useless. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. FIX IT This app, quite frankly, is garbage. Homesnap at least worked. This app doesn't even work after the latest update. At all. Why are we using this when homesnap worked at least fairly well.

Maybe if you are a brand new realtor, this app might be ok, but if you were a HomeSnap user before homes bought it out, you definitely missed out. So many things are missing in this app, and I don't see how this is considered an upgrade. Missing lot lines, showing time scheduling, and the maps were more maneuverable than this one. I could easily come up with some accurate comps than this garbage. Bring back homesnap. Or just let the homesnap team take over and show you how's it done.

this app is a bit fidgety. but i figured it out. the listings don't have alot of information like some other apps. but if you're wanting new listings that aren't on other apps you may find them here. However when I try to put in my filters i cant put in a complete amount. also sometimes no results show up until i switch back and forth between older searched. app just crashed orange screen only

App update has bugs. It doesn't show all the properties until you select a search area on the map. Before that it shows only much less properties than the actual number of preperties available with your filters.
