Tody - Smarter Cleaning

I have had many apps to help with cleaning and daily tasks. None of them ever worked. I have had this app for about a week and my house has never been so clean and I'm not overwhelmed anymore. Best thing, it's free. I haven't ran into a single issue. After about a week, then it asked for a review, not the first day using it. This app has been a life changer for my adhd and I've already told a few of my friends about it. I pray it stays free, but if not, I will 100% pay for it. Absolutely amazing

So far I'm really enjoying this app. I like that they let you have a free trial before committing to the annual. I really do wish they added more colors since it's really only a few shades of green and purple. The dust monster feature can be toggled on and off and you can adjust difficulty. I'm comparing it to Sweepy but ngl, I like both apps!

This app has helped me make large, overwhelming tasks into multiple smaller tasks and even break them down into time frames. Fewer Squirrel moments! The dust bunny will not beat me!!! Okay, maybe in the bedroom, ugh! However, this app has helped me make routines by checking off boxes. I did wish they could have am and pm chores, which I emailed and suggested; the company responded within hours and wasn't a generic email blowing me off. Really impressed. I have recommended it to everyone so far.

UPDATE: the developer has communicated, and offered a process solution. That helps, but still leaves the last star to be earned by making it something the app, which we pay for the 2-person subx, should do on its own. Hey, the app is great, until is stops letting us both check off things. (We have the two person plan) Tody has been made aware of the problem several times over the last 6 months and still hasn't fixed it.

Really enjoying the premium version of this app! I share it with my husband and it makes it so much easier to keep track of who is due to clean what. It's also the cheapest cleaning group app I've found. I like that I can customize the types of rooms, rotate the cleaning assignments, and add my own custom tasks like cleaning the litterbox or changing the air filter! The little dusty guy is a fun addition and probably would help keep any kiddos engaged, my husband and I find him funny! Thanks!

It's a good app, and usable without the premium subscription, which I like. One thing I wish could be changed is that the tasks say "___ days overdue." I think this is a little too serious for chores, and it'd be nice if you could just turn it off and keep the indicator.

Love Tody! This has totally upped my game and our house has never looked better. If it were a one-time purchase instead of a subscription model I would definitely invest in the premium version. (The free version is amazing on its own, but some of the premium features look awesome, like being able to sync across accounts for all members of your family, assigning tasks to different accounts or competing to get the most done.)

I was very upset when I lost all my data when I got a new phone. Royal pain to have to reenter all the tasks. But I can't find anything that is so useful so there you are. It really is a great app. 2/12/25 Just an update. I got an upgrade. I thought I'd back up my data. Nope. Two years worth of statistics all gone. I can't be bothered starting over this time. I do like your app otherwise though.

Where has this app been all my life? It really helps keep me on track and now my home not only gets clean, but STAYS clean. The interface is simple and not overwhelming, and even the free version has no ads which is rare these days. I'm thinking of upgrading to the paid version, not because the free version is lacking, but because the creators deserve something for designing such a wonderful app. Thank you to everyone who built Tody.

I just use the free version and I'm really happy with it. It comes with libraries of tasks by room, and custom options to set how clean/hard-working you want to be at it. It helps me keep track of what needs doing when and allows me to stagger tasks so it is not overwhelming. Even my kids have got interested in it now and want to do tasks to check things off. They love seeing dusty jump on the bed. It gives me a sense of satisfaction ticking things off knowing things are under control.
