Apartments by Apartment Guide

I've used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating.

First of all, no sign up required. You can skip that step and the app still works as advertised. No sharing of personal data with 3rd parties and no collection of personal data for advertising purposes. I do wonder how they make money, maybe by charging apartment complexes to be included in their listings. I don't know. But regardless there are still affordable apartments kisted here on apartment guide in a wide assortment of cities. And actually, the selection is great, better than Zillow.

The information in all the ads i called was very old and all the prices where the property gave me the new rates and over 89% of each properties saided that those ads are so old and when the ads say we checked information 4 hours ago and even the ones that say a week ago are also older then saided!! So remove old ads so when we look we dont have to waste our time just to find a place to move!!!! I find the same thing in most of the aps that show apartment and home rentals.

This app is just okay there's a couple things I don't like about it for starters when you using the filtering tool your able to select specific eniemities but then it still shows you listing that don't have what your looking for and if you zoom out on the map to see what might be in other neighborhoods nothing seems to show up even after refreshing..

I live in the Northwest side of town and the apartments they have here are way too pricey and always will be. Apartments in other parts of San Antonio Texas are cheaper but I don't want to move to those other parts of town just to get stabbed or shot at. The prices for apartments and town homes has to be lowered on this side of town at least. Whoever is in charge of making up these prices for apartments and town homes, shouldn't be in that line of work anymore. Be fair with pricing everywhere.

trying to customize the filter to a surrounding area as opposed to a specific area wasn't possible. it would allow you to save your filter selection if three want any place with all your picked selections nor did it give you any other options close to what you would ideally want. very old-school, there is room for updates.

It doesn't let me customize my account with search parameters which really doesn't allow me to search quickly and effectively.

Easy to use. Very simple to navigating and locating property that you are interested in buying.

What doesn't get me the location It doesn't find the location I wanted find I wanted to know about the neighborhood if it's Palm robbery is there game bangers around that area is it safe . Deposit an I wanted an application to who I pay the fee $35 to start the process.

This is perfect for my wife and I. We are seniors and live on SS. Some of the rental properties we have seen are double the price for what they are worth. This is how you attract the people who really need a little help on fixed incomes. I give you 5 stars.
