Won't stay logged in. I've seen what the app can do twice now, but I'm not going to log in again. I've never seen an app do this, no idea at all And the website works so I simply don't see a reason to add three additional steps. The two times I was logged in it looked like and showed me everything on the website so it is a complete app for those who might need this on their phone. I don't need it on my phone.

Worke good, but after I made my first payment, that did go through. Now, the app is just a blank white page with nothing on it. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, same thing! I will also say that I was very unhappy with them not locking the rate when they did my first estimate and waited 3 days before closing to tell me it went up and needed to lock my rate and it cost me another point on interest. Yes lots of phone calls to sell you insurance and other services. But not who I needed to talk to!

Everything is so convenient. I am able to complete tasks quickly, and signing documents is a breeze. Everyone I've worked with at VU from start to finish has been extremely helpful, and informative. They all listen and communicate within the team. The app makes it easy to look up contact info, verify documents, download them, keeps you on track. Have had no freezes or technical problems.

Best and easiest home buying experience we've ever had. They assist in every aspect of the buying process from a concierge to get moving set up to getting quality realtors to help find the right home. This has truly been an awesome experience. The app was the best with the to do list as it made sure everything was completed on time. I will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

This app was absolutely phenomenal to use. I have 4 kids and a husband so using the app, text and email features was so much easier than trying to do things over the phone. Plus checking in gave me piece of mind and I was able to do the to do list at my pace which was definitely as soon as it was listed in the app to do lol. My team was incredible to work with especially when snags came along they were right there to walk me through and reassure me.

Absolutely the BEST! So simple to use. Everything you need to do to is clearly outlined. The contact information for the people you need to speak with is at your finger tips. The documents you've already uploaded are easily accessible. The checklist keeps track of everything for you so you don't have to try to remember where you left off. Veterans United were definitely thinking of their customers when designing this app. Thank you!!

What a fantastic app. It's helpful for tracking every item. I wish all websites were as easy to navigate as this. I love that the team has been on the ball to let me know whenever they need documents or inputs. Just fantastic experience overall. Thank you VU, so much.

I had a most wonderful experience using Veterans United. Every team member was very helpful. They even help me prevent a disastrous mistake picking home insurance. I was skeptical at the beginning. Now, I would recommend Veterans United to anyone. I would ship out anytime with Veterans United... All ahead full.
