Review Summary

I appreciate being able to earn rewards, but the options are lackluster. I generally just choose the coupons, but redeeming them is painfully tedious. You cannot redeem multiples at once, and you have to enter your address every time. Then, it takes weeks to receive the paper coupon in the mail. It is absurd that digital coupons are not an option. Basically, the rewards program doesn't provide a very rewarding experience!

So far the app has been very beneficial. I've earned many points and redeemed a fair amount of rewards. I will note that he capture feature needs some work. It would be nice if you could take photos of receipts in sections if they are longer. It would be nice if the app evolved to allow scanning of emails or popular sites that sell pet products so the receipts can be downloaded automatically.

It's almost a lottery in getting some of the basic functionality of the app to work. I try to add additional pets and almost always get a " something went wrong" error. I have 3 dogs. The 1st was enrolled smoothly. The second I finally got enrolled without an error after months of on and off trying. I was quite surprised it worked. The 3rd fails. Maybe I have to try for months more? Redemption of awards fails even for free items. I get to checkout and a pop-up appears " Something went wrong"

like the points rewards system, the app needs a little work, you can add your pets' information and save it, but when you go to the part where it says find a food for your pet & you click on it, it pops up with something went wrong. it has done this each time when searching for a food for your pet. I would give the app 5 stars if this function of the app would work. for the most part, the rest of the app seems like it is functioning as it should. I haven't tried adding a receipt yet.

App functionality used to be better, rewards are cute, but I haven't been able to redeem any of my points for months because of a glitch/bug in the Shipping Address section!! Previously contacted customer service and they said they would forward that on. Yeah, well, no updates to the app to fix the issues. Incredibly disappointed because it USED TO WORK!! 🤦♀️ Also logs me out every time I close the app, which is just annoying.

After a month of uploading receipts it shows nothing. Nothing! Even the 'free' little sample requests error out. Useless! So today (12-20-2024) I was told the email I gave them wasn't associated with any account. I immediately logged in to verify. EXCUSE ME, but that IS the email under my profile. 12-23-2024 update. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Tried uploading 3 DIGITAL receipts. It says it took. BUT IT DID THE SAME THING BEFORE! As for referring anyone, WHY would I?

When I try to transfer my points, which are quite a lot because I buy a lot (I have two cats) into things or coupons at the very last moment before submitting the order. A red inscription pops up: sorry, something happened to the application, try again later or again. And I keep trying, the same thing, and it never goes anywhere.How much I went through, how much nerves I spent, I will tell you: “a lot, a lot!!. I wrote to the service. Once they helped via e-mail 10 dollars coupon. And that's all

Doesn't allow me to pick the actual food charlie is on... its purina. But they want it to be the most expensive one they have. That's what they offer on there pet food find my "perfect food". Also whe. You go to check the nutritional values or feeding guide, it closes the app can't even redeem a FREE coupon because it won't let me submit my address... what should joke man. How are you supposed to use this app if you can use the points?

I've been able to save quite a bit of money. I could save even more if I could upload all my receipts. Purina app won't let me use my Vons digital receipts because they don't say Vons on top. I've got several paper receipts which required more than one photo uploaded. I've spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get the second or third one uploaded, the items and prices are shown. I've got a lot of receipts I've unsuccessfully tried to upload. Rejected . Oh well I saved about $60.

Probably the most difficult reward program I've dealt with. Can't upload files, only take pictures. Says I don't have a file browser - I have 2. Only tech help was to accept permissions - already done. Their own website, myfancyfeast, doesn't provide adequate receipts for their system. App appears to crop out the browser address bar when taking photos. Doesn't alert you when receipts rejected. Everything else about the app is great. Rewards themselves are great, activity suggestions, etc.
