It seems like it's going to be something good. However, like the last app, it's glitchy. I have screens that freeze up and close the app. I've also been trying to upgrade my phone for days and get the "there is an error with one of our systems" message and get nowhere. Update: cleared cache and un-installed. After installing again, i am still getting the same message.

Can't pay the bill with the app on both of my phones. I get an error message every time I try to pay. What's the point? I'm convinced that T-Mobile either wants you to use auto-pay or call them so they can charge you for payments made over the phone. Maybe fix the bugs before hyping up an unnecessary app. Too bad you can't give negative stars. I surely would. New year, same useless app.

This app is very frustrating. Why did T-Mobile do away with the Sync Up app. The app keeps asking me to log in every time and sometimes I enter the pwd and it does nothing. I have to exit, go into my phone's menu and clear the data on the app for it to work. It's also very bad when trying to add contacts to the watch. When I try to add a contact it tells me something went wrong and to try again. I try again and it doesn't work. If I try to change a nickname for someone it gives me an error.

Horrible app. Enough to make me go to Verizon. This app is continuously unable to login or send you in an endless loop. I try to go to the store and it sends me to the business sign-in. I try to sign-in and it tells me I need to be invited and kicks me out. Just wanted to upgrade my phone. Guess that won't be happening. Says it sends a code and doesn't. Try to view bill and it goes into constant loop. Don't bother with the app. T-Mobile flooding reviews with one word reviews that are fake.

Super buggy! Can't make certain payments! Payment info doesn't match with the automated service info. Important pages like security and tmobile idea load to nothing but blank screens. Tmobile really should have made sure everything was working before making us switch over. Hopefully they're currently working on it because I've had nothing but problems trying to use it to manage my account!! Will change the rating when they fix the app!

I don't like how everything is moving over to the T-Life app. Since you can only use Scam Shield through T-Life, I haven't been able to get work properly. Always get the message. Unable to complete the request, please try again later. The only thing I clicked was the number. Unfortunately, nothing Tmobile suggestions worked. I deleted the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and still nothing has worked. I like it better when everything was separate.

Terrible replacement to the original app. This app doesn't allow me to log in. It shows my phone number as userID, and I put my password, and it says userID missing. There is no way to redo the number or anything, cant change it to email either. So, getting in via this app is 100% useless. I have to go through the website to do business. It is an inconvenience in a convenient world. Don't waste your time!

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It's bloated, slow, log one are spotty as in they will log you out or get hung in a log in loop. I was in app, logged in, went to do a phone trade in and they asked to log in again, which of course fails. I always just use the website now as this app is unusable. Same canned answer from Devs. This is still a bloated slow app with many issues and reinstalling, clearing cache, whatever they recommend won't fix it.

The app doesn't work at all. Having to not only relogin to my account but to get my info or mange it is a pain. It always displays with opps something went wrong. What I find more irritating is that it is quick to pull up on deals and upgrades for your phone but not able to pull up my info? I've also tried in their website instead of the app and is still garbage. 8 years and for what. I'm at the point of just wanting to switch providers such as Verizon or AT&T.

Edit: you asked me to send email about this problem, which I did. Still can not get on the app. Stays stuck on " Tired of password". Sending email was just a waste of time as nothing has been fixed! Said I needed to download this app as other one is going away. Now I can not even login to the app. It brings up the fingerprint thing, but can't get past it to even login. How am I supposed to use an app that I can't get into. It's just aggravating?
