The issue with the app hanging at the startup screen has been fixed, yay! And I swear it actually seems to open faster than before, too, so that's a nice bonus. It's nice to be able to use the app again; the mobile website is mostly functional but the app is just more convenient, especially since you can order deli stuff and pay through it, too. Thanks for getting the issue taken care of. Edit: it looks like the app crashes on the first load attempt, but works well after reloading.

Used to work... It seems like the latest update has rendered this app useless. It won't load most of the time, which is quite embarrassing when trying to pay for groceries with the app when it won't load! It's hard to shop when I can't see the list I've created. I had actually started using Publix more often bc of the app, but I'll gladly go elsewhere at this point

Not sure what's the purpose of the app if it cannot be used to place orders. I've tried placing order multiple times and it gets to where it asks for a security code sent to my phone number. I enter the code, and every single time it gives an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and couple of times, and it allows me to login, but that's all it can do. I can't even see previous orders in the app. I always have to endup ordering online. Samsung S23+

Recent changes have made this frustrating to use. Recently, trying to pay for my groceries, I couldn't find the "pay" function. The clerk, the bagger and I ALL THREE looked for that function on our own phones. The bagger was first to discover the pay function moved to the app home screen. Okay, that's convenient, and it only took the first of the 3 of us 4 minutes to discover it's new location. Now the print list function on the app is unusable. Really? Share to email, then print? From 5 to 3.

I use this app all of the time. Convenient functionality. Top-rated app, in this Business Analyst's opinion. Today though, (only because I cannot get into the app), I did not know how to contact Tech support, except through here. First time it has happened. The app will not load and is stuck on the splash screen. I am on an Android device. Went out to Google Play to see if an update was available. There was not, so I rebooted my phone. No results. Is the app down?

UPDATE: Issue seems to be resolved. Review updated to 4 stars. Minus 1 star because no prices though. OLD REVIEW: I used to use this app constantly; it was an excellent way to see the weekly deals. This past update has rendered it useless, however. As others have said, I can't get past the splash screen. It just sits and loads forever. Completely broken—don't bother installing.

Good app, glad to have it. There are 2 things I'd really love yall to consider adding - I'd love the option to be notified when things go on sale. There's certain things I only really buy when they're on sale, and sometimes I plan the weeks meals around that. Wouldn't it be nice to he able to see, oh, ground turkey is on sale this week! would also love to be able to see prices on the app. maybe there can be a disclaimer that the app prices aren't guaranteed or something. Good app!

Love the Publix app. Easy to use, nicely layed out. Big plus, you can enjoy all different perks. You can make your shopping list on it and it even tells you what isle your product is on. It has digital coupons, sales etc. Keep up the GREAT WORK PUBLIX.!!!! January 29 2025 I don't know what happened but the app. no longer works for me. The Publix logo comes up and then the screen goes black and nothing. I've tried everything and nothing works.😭

The latest version crashes the first time it is opened on the phone. While in the app, it again crashes when I try to change the store and doesn't let me update my current store. The issue is same on mine as well as my partners phone even though both are different brand of phones - Pixel 8 Pro and Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Publix thinks Customer Service from start to finish! It begins with spacious vehicle parking then to their easy to use comprehensive store app that provides the exact location of food items, and weekly BOGO items then to your choice of clerk or self checkout then to employee assistance in taking groceries to your vehicle. Publix makes grocery shopping efficient and enjoyable. I've come to despise going into other stores that do not provide the same customer first amenities.
