I made some $ on this app, hence the 2 stars. I started a game with the intention of getting to a level 100 goal because it had goals up to 200 and I got to level 99 and was not able to get to 100 in time and I think that's bad business that they give you time limits with obvious impossible goals. I have played other apps like this and this one has paid the least and I feel like I lost more time than other apps like it.

Incorrect tracking, is anyone else having this problem? It's a great app. The games are fun and cash out is instant but I'm only seeing one game and sometimes the tracking on that is spotty. I want to 5 star it but until that is fixed it's 3 for me. I'll recommend once it's fixed.

I like it for the most part, but theres still a lot of bugs. Firstly, they put offers up then 5 minutes later it vanishes. Ive been burned a couple times. I start it, and sign up for the site and then its gone and when it does come back I'm no longer able to particpate because I'm obviously not a first-time customer anymore. Plus, aupport takes forever. 3 weeks to get back to me, just to request more info and havent replied since. Its been a month and a half, no resolve. So disappointing.

Well...got a lot of games and offers to choose from. Some games, you reach the levels they say and you get points that you can redeem for gift cards or PayPal. Unfortunately, some of the games you will meet the requirements and when you go back to the Scrambly app, it doesn't have any of the tasks checked as completed, as if it didn't track your usage at all. This happens randomly and with random apps. Their customer service takes a whole 10 days to reply and not always resolve the issue.

The third-party app tracking system can mistrack the progress in the app. In such cases, we open an investigation and try to provide the maximum possible compensation. Unfortunately, the response time of the support team can take up to 10 days, we do our best to speed up this process.
So, the 5 star rating is for actual high dollar payouts and customer service. I have used every play to earn platform there is, and they are pretty much garbage compared to scrambly. The customer service is amazing! With the few issues I've had, the scrambly team promptly reviews the issue and will go as far as to emburse you themselves when vendor sponsered apps are not tracking or paying as they should. I've been rewarded with free credits, including a 10 dollar gift. couldn't be better thx.
So far, after 2 hours, not a good look. The verification process...uhh...yeah no. For the lack of updates on payout amounts. It's current a no-go. In 24 hrs, I'll issue another update. So much for 24hrs. After 10 days, in an attempt to navigate through the app, there's no instant payouts. No account setup prompt. Although the verification process finally went through, it's still a no-go. For as many ads the app has, and the descriptions of ease and payouts, the experience doesn't compare.

The identity verification process still sucks even with a newer phone. It was just as finicky as ever about the quality of the photos and I waited over an hour for them to be processed before giving up. I can't afford fast internet, a nice home, and a fancy phone with a top quality camera. I'm done. Contacting customer service is pointless when there are other play for pay apps that I do not have problems with. Bye!

made $400 in 4 months, let that sink in for a app that lets you play games and pays you. but it will get harder as "Tracking issues" become rampant all of sudden you're at 50% milestone & nope, not a reward given, then they take days for reimbursement. other than that it's a great app. pays well. Edit: on the note of no rewards I believe it's a scheme to not pay people, as the tracking issues started after I made around $40 and games have less $. I will be reducing a star from my previous score

I really love the app. It doesn't have a huge selection. However they have a really good payout and it's within minutes in your account. The customer service is pretty great. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is there's a tracking bug. It won't catch all the playtime or at all. Despite that, it really is a great way to earn a few extra bucks.

This started out OK. The points/coins necessary to earn deposits or gift cards were easy enough to obtain. When I looked at cashing out, a procedure that was supposed to be easy, it was if I were applying for a passport... only worse. They wanted a government issued ID and to video my face, and apparently even record my voice. I understand being vigilant on fraud, but this is a total invasion of my privacy. They call it "verification."
