Would be better if when you Find a Sheetz for a Sheetz in an area, it would show the closest addresses to that area instead of what is around you. The map zooms in to what you searched, but the addresses don't change. Would also be cool to be able to search the menu without ordering just to look around and see what they have instead forced to choose a store, delivery, pick up, and such.

Ordering food, a core feature of this app, is such an awful experience. Between having to wait MINUTES just to load in your local location, the food menu scrolling to the top EVERY TIME you go back a menu is absolutely infuriating, and just all around very poor performance. Y'all need to hire a new UX team because this ain't it chief. I've seen highschoolers develop better UX and they're not even being paid. Edit: And half the menu screen real estate being taken up by food they're pushing? Nah.

Food is normally good. what is frustrating, 9 chances out of 10, the order will be messed up. I understand they get busy, but they have a written slip telling you what the customer wants. I used to work in food service, it's not that hard. I would rather wait to have fresh, hot correct food than for it to be fast and wrong

Redeeming awards is not easy. I wish the process was more streamlined. You have to go into my awards, then "buy" it with your points. Then you actually have to order it within a certain number of days or it expires. Then you have to add that exact thing to your order and it sees ypu have "bought" the free or discounted product and applies it to your total, but it does not announce it applied it so you are not sure unless you look carefully at the detailed statement. Too complcated.

I haven't been able to order from the app in months! When I try to checkout, it won't let me pay for my order, no matter which card I use! I've tried deleting & reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, clearing the data, nothing helps! They're losing a lot of business by not fixing this issue!

Horrible, horrible app. Won't load my rewards when I hit the rewards button on the bottom, middle of screen. If I close the error window that pops up, I can then hit the button that says rewards, but the app will not apply any of the rewards. The help page loads just a blank white screen. No way to contact support. Really disrupts my day every time I try to use it. Should come with an autism trigger warning. I'd give it negative stars if possible.

I will say that the app itself is good. It's easy to use and very convenient for what it is. The rewards system on the other hand, is meh. I don't generally buy things inside convenience stores and rarely order food from Sheetz. So, I really only go there for gas. But the rewards app doesn't give rewards for gas and the points from in store purchases expire. So, for me, the app was basically useless.

Great app overall. Four stars for now simply because of one minor inconvenience that should be easily rectifiable. When submitting a $0 order (all items are rewards) and using the "pay now" option, the payment processor does not let you check out without entering a payment method. As a customer, I should not have to enter payment information if my order is free.

This app is really slow. When you're trying to check out and you bring up the app not only is it slow, the barcode isn't on the very first screen. The barcode is arguably the most important reason for using the app. There's not even a widget. This is really a drag. Please make the barcode the first thing that appears. I don't give a "sheetz" about using the app to order food since I do that at the store. Thank you.
If I use the app for points, and pay with my debit card, the transaction at the bank gets screwed up! It shows as pending for a few moments, then releases the pending hold and vanishes! DAYS later, the tranx clears! This ONLY happens if I use my sheetz card!! I have been reporting this for over a year! This occurs on my 2 debit cards and my husband's 2 cards so I know it isn't "just me". I can no longer be a sheetz freak cuz I can't collect points. :(
