People generally do not like the MyMCI app, citing numerous issues with connectivity, login problems, server errors, slow performance, missing features, and poor updates that often worsen the app's functionality or introduce new bugs.
I have updated the app to v6.4 and it was awful when you want to buy anything you have to go to your browser and then buy it. but i used to buy charge on the app with my cridit card that i already save its info . it didn't need to buy it by your browser please return that option back becouse we could only buy our charge when we were ofline and that was fine thank you...
After the latest update, Now I have to admit that MyMCI works so good and fine. No VPN issues and no other intrusive messages. Thanks to the providers team and thumps up....

Hello, why doesn't it open? It won't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 10 times. It was fine before, but today it won't load at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 10 times. New UI is way bad. I really don't like it. The previous version design was so much better!
The new update is really good, but I'm asking to bring back the widget from the previous versions it was really helpful.

I've updated to the latest version and it's just terrible. First I had an issue buying data packages, and instead of returning the money to my bank acpunt, they transfered it to my wallet in the app itself, and when I tried to buy the data package from my wallet, it gave me an error that the service provider credit isn't enough. after a couple of ours and many other Unsuccessful trials, finally I was able to buy a package data. Also they have eleminated some of the features in new version
