Update- App is worse. For a paid service, there are an obnoxious amount of ads and issues with them. Even if you've already triggered an ad break in a video, going back or forward will still trigger those ad breaks. It also has the bad habit of restarting media especially when casting, or jumping spots. Also, a minute and thirty seconds of ads just to watch a three minute TRAILER is insanity. It makes trying to watch anything a chore and this shouldn't have to be an issue users are dealing with.

Latest update has made the watchlist change from tiles that can be scrolled vertically, to a horizontal scroll that reduces the number of programs you can see at once. This makes it harder to view all your watchlist items. Also for some reason the audio will change while watching a program (watching The Simpsons and it randomly changed from English to French and it was not part of the episode). Really annoying changes that make the user experience worse.

This app used to be so accessible and lovable. The price went from 7.99 one year to the next price raise at 15.99. I remember when it was cheap and lovable with no ads and even easy to navigate. The new updates have made it difficult to navigate the app and find the shows or movies people love. Speaking of shows, half of them do not have the complete seasons or all of the seasons of a finished show.

EDIT: Good job, Disney, fixing watchlist on app!! CHANGED TO 5 STARS. Absolutely cannot stand Watchlist layout, or lack thereof. It's impossible to see what you've added, or find anything easily, having to scroll in one straight line and only showing maybe 4 titles at a time. This is just absolutely awful, user UNfriendly. I really hope they change it back to being tiled. I give the app itself one star. Love all the shows and channels... But as far as the app itself, no matter what device you

Absolutely loathe this app. It continuously logs me out of either my phone, tv, or console at any given time. I'd like to say I forget my password, but more often than not, I use that same password when I want to change said "old" password. The UI could also be better for it, at this point watching a video on the app feels like Max, and Max is pretty bad.

Decent enough experience, I don't use this app super often in my phone. When I do, I use it to download shows for offline use, and there is definitely something wrong with downloading on the app. I can have 5g UWB connection with speed tests of 100+Mbps download, and yet my download speed on Disney Plus seems like it is in the kbps speed range. I have checked all my settings and still have horribly slow download speeds. Please look into this!

Ever since the MyDisney account rollout, there has been NOTHING but problems with Disney+ and Hulu when logging into our account. It's unusable on mobile and randomly logs out on our Roku device. I haven't been able to use the app for over a month on my phone since login just throws a "Something went wrong. Try again?" error. EDIT: I have tried troubleshooting this problem. It isn't a playback issue, I literally can not log in on mobile at all.

On Amazon Fire the app is hardly useable garbage. Even on wifi it's buggy. When in offline mode it's even worse. Always asking for downloads licenses to be renewed but half the time it won't renew or if it does, still acts like it's needing renewal but works. I can't find anywhere to leave feedback for the fire so I'm doing it here. If it can be acknowledged I'll remove this from the app store.

App is horrible! I have the plan with ads. It never remembers where I left off anytime I go to resume watching something. I have to write down where I left off so I don't forget. If u try to resume watching something, it just plays ads and starts over from the beginning. The 10 second skip options hardly ever work. U can't skip ahead back to where you left off half the time as it plays ads and starts over again. What a joke!

Really Disney? I said ads could be before the movie. Not during the movie. You never really listen to what we want nor understand it. I'm not gonna get rid of the app, because I like the idea of adding in Hulu and ESPN, but you have got to stop with the ads during the content. Before is fine. And after, maybe. But during, absolutely not. If I see any ad or commercial during a content I'm watching, I will be angry. We shouldn't have to pay for the no ads. We already paid for the app in 2020.
