I haven't been able to cancel the subscription. It's saying recharge. And it's not showing under my Google Play account for subscription. When I sent an email to their company, they're saying to cancel it through my provider. This is the second movie provider that doesn't allow you to unsubscribe from Google Play. They switch their payment amount so you can't do it weekly and you have to get more coins!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOW ANYMORE ADDS ON MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE MS CHRISTIAN

Can't realistically give this app a higher rating than 2 stars and that's because of the reasonable pricing for the episodes. The app offers 150 daily coins through ads + check in rewards. What makes this app bad in my opinion is that sometimes you are forced to watch multiple ads just to claim one reward. I've been forced to watch 3 or 4 ads just to claim one single reward despite watching the ads to the end. Then you're often thrown immediately into another even though you got the rewards.

I've always loved the stories on this app. But today I purchased 200 coins for $1.99 and it wouldn't play. So I paid $4.99 and it still won't play. However, the charges went through. I either want to finish the story or I want my money back. I've tried a couple of times to purchase more coins and the payments always went through but I never got the coins. Do I get my money back?

I am so disappointed with this app. I paid for unlimited movies for a week. To my surprise, I was only able to watch certain movies. I even sent an email to their service department and never received a reply. I have purchased weekly on several different movies short app, and I never had this problem. I feel cheated. I will never buy from shot shorts again.

Great stories so far!! Wish it wasn't so many coins, but doubt that will change. That's the only thing I don't like is how much each episode takes up of your earned coins also where hit daily check in it has something that says 10 coins or whatever I pushed it many times watched many episodes and it never gave me coins so not even sure what that is there for.

The stories are interesting. I was hoping for more opportunities to access more episodes. I have encountered an issue with watching the ads for coins. It seems to stop giving me coins after 5/10. I closed the app and re-opened it in hopes that it would fix my issue. Unfortunately no change happened, I would watch an ad and wouldn't receive any coins. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same hopes and was dissapointed with no change. I downloaded this app 2 days ago.

App has serious ad inconsistencies. They worked the first time I was in the app, but since then (over several days and times) the app only spends time searching for ads. Then just stops - no explanation. I've checked my connection each time and tried again. No improvement. I've even restarted the phone several times. I've also tried other electronics without a difference. Too bad. The stories presented are enthralling. But, I don't have the time to waste northe availablese. sums to buy.

Has some good stories but customer support is non-existent. I bought an annual VIP pass (something I rarely do) and a few days later I had to get a new phone. My VIP status is gone and they want me to pay to watch episodes. The RESTORE button in the app does nothing. I have reached out to them 3 times. The first 2 got me a canned response, the last one didn't even get that. Even Google recognizes that I already paid them. Don't waste your money like I did.

"I've been enjoying the engaging short dramas on Shot Short App, but I've encountered some frustrating issues. Specifically, when accumulating points, the rewards aren't always granted, and I'm forced to watch ads multiple times to receive them. Furthermore, the ad frequency and duration are excessive. After each two-minute episode, I'm subjected to 50-second ads, which is disproportionate and annoying. This not only wastes my time but also detracts from my overall experience.

This app was a sweet app up till it's last update. It requires you to watch an ad to open it which is disgusting. Then the daily episode bonus dropped from 15 to 5. Then they require you to watch 60 seconds long ads in between episodes. It's all to prompt you to pay money. You also have to watch an ad after you watch an ad lol, i kid you not. I do not recommend wasting your time with this frustrating app as most apps carry the same shows with a different name. Greed will make this app lose.
