Used to like it. I love the content. But, I am not sure if there was an update or if it isn't compatible with my Motorola or whatever. I can't seem to get anything to load or play. It works on my smart TV, but not my phone. I restarted my phone, and I uninstalled and reinstalled. It is very likely my phone because it works on my sister's iPhone.

Edit 9/4/24: Very buggy as of late! On Android, when I click on a notification, it does nothing. I can't read replies to my comment. l can't see updates on the torches. Also, please add CLOSED or OPEN captions to torch videos so that deaf / hard of hearing guild members can vote unencumbered without having to resort to less accurate auto-caption software. Also,

Really wanted to love this app. Movies constantly glitch and don't sync with the audio. Often will randomly start playing the movie when it's paused or another random movie. I've tried to watch three movies now (the blind, the way, and Boenhoffer) and this happens to every movie where it glitches and then I can't go back in finish. Sent a help ticket about it a week ago,no resolution yet.People are not going to want to continue a subscription if this is what happens when we try to watch movies.

The app is confusing as it does not indicate what is for members and what is free before you click on a movie. I asked a specific question and just received the auto-generated answers... I joined in the end and the movie section is still confusing as some movies are only sneak peak, which was previously "members". No explanation when they come. Some movies just get an error for days and won't play. Unsubribed...
I paid my monthly fee. Navigating your app sux. Finding a list of programs other than the sand bar is impossible. I watch programs at home. I dont go to the theatre. I DONT want to watch strictly animated film. When I do find something interesting and click on it...it ends up offering only the trailor.

App sucks! Plays half of a show and then plays sound without picture. This would be great if I weren't trying to watch Cabrini! And it was a podcast. It's in Italian! I don't understand enough to be able to follow. Hopefully they fix the glitches because they're creating some really great content.

Paid content is a great value, and good free content. I wish the app let me favorite shows to watch later, and would either allow moving app to external storage or at least allow downloads on external SD card. TV Chromecast app does not allow for watching & voting on comedy or teen torches.
This app is VERY buggy. Doesn't remember what you've watched, audio and video get separated and it stays like that even after closing the app or using a different device. Streaming cuts in and out and only for this service (everything else streams fine and speed is fine). Needs some help to make this usable.

This is a complex app with a lot of features and a lot of content and many different ways of delivering it such that it connects different audiences and it does a reasonably good job of that. Yes, it has some bugs. While watching a torch video, I paused, then tried to go full screen so I could read something shown. It went full screen then snapped right back to small screen. But after playing it, I was able to go full screen. It has some issues, but considering it's complexity, well done!
I love the Angel Studio content. High quality movies and shows without the need to include R rated content. My only criticism is streaming from my Samsung television. For some reason the movies I've watched are never a smooth broadcast. The sound is perfect but the picture is herky jerky which takes away from the experience. This is the only app with this problem. If there is a fix in the app it would be greatly appreciated. But please keep providing the wonderful content.
